What happens
We start with the tea itself. You smell the leaf, see the powder come off the stone mill and learn why water temperature matters.
Then you whisk. Usucha first, slowly, until the foam is fine and even. We finish with a small bowl of koicha and a seasonal sweet.
No experience needed. You leave with a printed guide and ten percent off any bowl or whisk in the tea room.
